I’m Dennis Jenkins, Managing Member of MPD Home Buyers—a former plumber turned full-time property renovator who specializes in buying, renovating, and selling homes. During my years as a plumber, I always felt a deep desire to help distressed homeowners beyond just fixing pipes. Whether it was electrical issues, roof leaks, or general repairs, I went above and beyond to help people maintain their homes. That commitment led to my very first purchase—a home belonging to Ms. Greene, an older lady I’d helped care for over 8 years. One day she looked at me and said, “Why don’t you just buy my house? You know it better than anyone.” So I did. She was thrilled to finally relocate to South Carolina. Seven months later, her brother passed and she called me again—I’d worked on his home too. I found a way to make that purchase work, and just like that, my career in buying homes and helping homeowners move forward was born. I founded MPD Homebuyers in 2010 right here in New Jersey. Fast forward to today—my team and I have purchased and contracted over 300 New Jersey homes and counting. More importantly, we’ve helped over 300 homeowners just like you let go of their properties and move on with their lives—quickly, easily, and without the stress.
